Compensation during training $16.00/Hr

After successful completion of training $18/Hr +

Previous experience: $20–$25/Hr. +

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer)

• Brush, vacuum, skim, and clean filters

• Inspect pumps, heaters, salt systems, and other equipment

• Document each stop with photos and notes using a mobile app

• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Electrical or plumbing experience is a plus

• Pool servicing experience is a plus

• Training provided
